Delivery

I aim to ship every purchase within 5-7 working days. Once you have placed an order you will get an email confirming this, and further a tracking link for your purchase.

Return Policy

If wanted, returns must occur within two weeks from you have received the product. Please send an email to let me know you would like to return the product, and I will send you the return address. It’s the buyer responsibility to cover the shipping back to me, and I will only accept the refund if:

• The item has the same condition as it was sent.
• The item is repackaged in the original packaging.

Once the item has been received I will begin to process a refund. This takes up to 10 working days to go into your bank account. 

• If an item arrives broken please email me with an image attached of the item received, and I will send out a replacement as soon as possible. 
• If buyer inputs wrong address at checkout, they are responsible for the lost goods / shipping out another parcel.
• If buyer doesn't collect the parcel and it gets sent back to me, the buyer is responsible for the lost goods / shipping out another parcel.
